Still need help?
How does Trimia work?

Review a plan's inclusions and 12-week price, then enter your purchase information and create an account during secure WooCommerce checkout. After payment, contact the care team and complete the requested secure steps before a licensed provider makes a treatment decision.

Who decides whether treatment is appropriate?

Eligibility and treatment decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers. Treatment is available only when a provider determines it is appropriate and prescribes it.

What does the displayed price mean?

Every plan shows a monthly average and the amount charged for one 12-week plan. The plan page lists the included services, and WooCommerce shows the enabled payment methods at checkout.

Does payment guarantee a prescription?

No. Payment does not guarantee that a medication or treatment will be prescribed. The provider decides what is appropriate after reviewing your individual information.

What happens if treatment is not appropriate for me?

The provider review determines the appropriate next step. That step may not include the treatment option you originally selected.

How does delivery work?

If treatment is prescribed, orders are prepared to ship within 2 days after payment and provider approval. Medication availability and service area may affect the available next step.

Where should I ask a medical question?

Use the appropriate secure care process for medical, prescription, and personal health questions. The contact form and WhatsApp are only for general, non-clinical questions.
